Minimum order is $60 before delivery. Delivery is free on orders over $100 across the GTA; a small flat fee applies below that depending on your zone.

Hit us at hello@kream.ca within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a quick description (photos help). If we messed up, we’ll make it right — replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Yes — 19+ only, no exceptions. Our driver will check government-issued photo ID at the door. If the person who ordered isn’t available, we can’t hand off the package.

Cash on delivery is always an option. We also accept e-transfer (details sent after you place your order). No card data ever touches our system, which keeps things private and simple.

We don’t run mids. Every cultivar on the menu is sourced from small-batch growers we personally know and vet. Slow grown, hand trimmed, properly cured — the way it should be.

Every batch. We pull third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for potency, terpenes, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials. If you want to see the COA for a specific drop, just ask — we’ll send it over.

Most orders land at your door within 1–3 hours, depending on your zone and how busy we are. Order before 8pm for same-day; anything after that goes out first thing the next morning.

Yes. Alongside our flower drops we keep a rotating selection of hash rosin, live resin, and small-batch edibles from makers we trust. Check the menu — it turns over often.
