Welcome to KREAM. By accessing kream.ca or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years of age to use this website or order from us. By entering kream.ca, you confirm that you are 19 or older and that you are legally permitted to purchase cannabis in your province. Our drivers will verify government-issued photo ID at the door on every delivery — no exceptions. If the person who placed the order cannot present valid ID, we cannot complete the delivery.
2. Service area
We deliver in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, North York, Vaughan, Markham, and Richmond Hill. Coverage outside these areas is at our discretion. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 8:00 PM local time, subject to availability and traffic.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
- Minimum order: $50 in Toronto, $80 in the 905 region. Free delivery on orders over $120.
- Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice.
- We accept cash on delivery and Interac e-transfer. We do not accept credit cards.
- Orders are confirmed by email or text. An order is not binding on us until we confirm it.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Returns and refunds
Cannabis products cannot be returned once delivered. If something is wrong with your order — wrong item, missing item, defective product — contact us at info@kream.ca within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a description (photos help). We will resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
5. Responsible use
Cannabis affects everyone differently. Do not drive, operate machinery, or care for children while under the influence. Keep all cannabis products out of reach of children and pets. Consume responsibly and within the legal limits of your province. Edibles can take up to two hours to take effect — start low, go slow.
6. Intellectual property
The KREAM name, logo, photography, copy, and the kream.ca website are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
7. User-generated content
If you send us reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use it on our website and marketing materials. You confirm that the content is yours and does not violate anyone’s rights.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and our products are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what cannot be excluded under Canadian consumer protection law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KREAM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
