Delivery area
KREAM delivers across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including but not limited to: Toronto (downtown, east end, west end), Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, North York, Vaughan, Markham, and Richmond Hill. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your address, email hello@kream.ca.
Delivery windows
Orders placed before 8:00 PM local time are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 8:00 PM are delivered the following day. Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 hours of order confirmation, though times may vary based on zone, order volume, and weather.
Delivery fees
Delivery is free on orders over $100. A flat delivery fee applies to smaller orders, displayed at checkout based on your delivery zone. Minimum order is $60 before fees.
ID verification at delivery
All deliveries require the recipient to be 19 years of age or older and to present valid government-issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. If no eligible recipient is present or ID cannot be verified, the order will not be released.
Failed or missed deliveries
If the driver cannot complete delivery (no one home, ID mismatch, unsafe conditions), we will attempt to contact you. If the order cannot be re-delivered the same day, a redelivery fee may apply. Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation.
Discreet packaging
All orders are delivered in plain, unmarked packaging. Our drivers are trained to be respectful and low-key.
